I have a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find emotional balance through integrative therapy. My focus is on integrative therapy, treating the "whole person" (mind, body, and spirit) . What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management with a supportive, down-to-earth approach. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood-related concerns.
My goal is to truly understand what’s going on—not just prescribe medication and move on. I take time to listen, ask the right questions, and make sure you feel heard and respected. If medication is part of your treatment, I’ll walk you through your options, explain how it works, and make decisions with you—not for you.
I also incorporate brief therapeutic support when needed, so you’re not just managing symptoms, but actually making progress in your day-to-day life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start with a comprehensive evaluation where we go over your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals. This helps me get a full picture of what you’re dealing with.
From there, we create a personalized treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, we’ll start thoughtfully—low and steady—and adjust based on how you respond. I prioritize safe prescribing and making sure you understand what you’re taking and why.
Follow-up visits are focused and efficient, but still supportive. We track your progress, make adjustments as needed, and address anything that comes up. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and gain more control over your mental health over time

Kesha changed my appt from 12:30 to 1 which was fine. I waited for 47 minutes to be exact she never showed up to the video call. I was so disappointed.
