I made the appointment through Zocdoc with a different provider, however I was informed she would be my provider. The day of the appointment i was asked to change the time from 4:00 to 5:00 PM and agreed to do so. When 5:00 pm came I realized I deleted the text link and was never emailed one. I immediately contacted the company and was sent a link at 5:13 and logged on and told the provider would be there soon. By 5:25 I asked if they were going to join the meeting and at this point was asked to reschedule.
Clearly i did not as I changed the original time by an hour and the provider could not wait or attempt to contact me and for them 13 minutes was too much.

Unfortunately Dr. Kettly does not have any sympathy and manners. She doesn’t take questions well and makes one feel unwelcome. She is very good at making you feel like you are waisting your time and that she is uninterested. Horrible.
