Dr. Kevin Chou, MD

Dr. Kevin Chou, MD

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
NY
Life's hard. You feel judged by others, and you might even be judging yourself (even harshly). Everything, even our own history, makes us feel overwhelmed, embarrassed, or ashamed. What kind of world is this? Why are all these things happening to us?! I know what you mean—I'm also a human being living in these (historic) times. But if you're feeling alone and need help managing your immediate issues, maybe I can help you out. No matter what you're experiencing, I'm here to listen, adapt, and support you in any way I can, through therapy and/or medications. I am a telepsychiatry provider operating through Headway with flexible, night-owl (10 PM–midnight), and Sunday hours to assist you during those inopportune moments. Whether you want to work through deep-rooted problems or need help starting or managing a medication regimen, I want to help you. There is no judgment here—only you and me. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. I completed my internship and residency in Psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center. My training equips me to provide compassionate, expert care tailored to your needs.
