About Dr. Kevin Kennedy

I'm from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, and completed my medical training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before moving to Seattle for a family medicine residency. I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and have worked in a variety of settings, from public health clinics to a health tech start-up. I have a special interest in preventing and managing cardiometabolic conditions like heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and obesity, among others - often called "longevity" medicine today. My approach focuses on personalized risk assessment and collaborative decision-making to ensure that care plans align with each patient's personal values and goals. Of course, when illness does occur, I'm dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. How I stay healthy and happy: Soccer, biking, free weights, escaping into nature, music, gardening, house plants, epic fantasy novels, playtime with the kids and outings with family and friends.
