Getting to know Kevin Kerrick
Hello! I'm Kevin, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. I also hold degrees from Miami Dade College and the University of Miami. I provide safe and effective management combined with brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation. I utilize holistic, patient-centered, and integrative approaches to treat patients. I believe that each person is uniquely different, greater than some of their parts, and brings value to the world we share.
What should a new client know about working with you?
With an emphasis on building a therapeutic rapport based on trust and safety, we will examine the multifaceted aspects where you are on the mental health continuum. We will work together to establish meaningful and attainable goals. From medication management to psychotherapy, we will develop an individualized treatment plan empowering you to achieve optimal mental health and overall wellness.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

nothing but compassion and understanding. willing to ask multiple questions to further investigate my prior diagnosis and understands that mental health is a serious issue that takes time and further observation. I like that he is in contact with patients and works with us to help achieve a higher and efficient way of life for us with mental disorders that can inhibit us our daily life. I'm ver6 excited to have found someone who I can feel comfortable around explaining my issues and how to properly start a path to a more stable, productive and most importantly stability.
