I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a holistic approach to patient care. I believe in treating the whole person, considering their biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors. My goal is to maximize physical and mental health by exploring the sources of distress, barriers to wellness, and empowering clients to improve their lives.
With a background in K-12 education, critical care nursing, and inpatient/community mental health psychiatric services, I bring a diverse perspective to my practice. I have experience working with clients with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and a range of other issues. I offer individually tailored evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy, emphasizing empathy and understanding. Together, we will establish meaningful goals and develop a treatment plan to achieve optimal mental wellness.

nothing but compassion and understanding. willing to ask multiple questions to further investigate my prior diagnosis and understands that mental health is a serious issue that takes time and further observation. I like that he is in contact with patients and works with us to help achieve a higher and efficient way of life for us with mental disorders that can inhibit us our daily life. I'm ver6 excited to have found someone who I can feel comfortable around explaining my issues and how to properly start a path to a more stable, productive and most importantly stability. I highly recommend and look forward to working together.
