About Dr. Kevin Lubowich
Dr. Lubowich was raised in Skokie, Illinois, and developed an early passion for exercise and movement through his involvement in multiple sports. He pursued this interest by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where he also completed a minor in Informatics, reflecting his love for technology.
Dr. Lubowich went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from National University of Health Sciences, where he developed a keen interest in movement patterns, human biomechanics, and lifestyle modifications. He has since completed several hundred hours of continuing education courses in addition to his chiropractic degree, allowing him to treat a diverse range of patients, including pregnant patients, infants, toddlers, athletes at any level, and anyone seeking to improve their health through natural means, without medication or surgery.
Dr. Lubowich's approach to treatment emphasizes individualized care, tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient. He is committed to identifying the root cause of his patients' issues and educating them on how to take an active role in managing their condition.
When not in the office, Dr. Lubowich enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, working out at the gym, watching movies, and indulging in delicious food.

This place is the real deal. I've been struggling with neck and back pain for a few months now and after a few visits, my neck pain is non existent. My back pain went from pain to minor discomfort. I most likely have a knot that needs to be massaged and I should be golden. Dr Kevin took really good care of me and he'll do that dame for you, too. Check them out as this experience is seriously life changing, literally.

I've been to several different chiropractors before and Dr. Kevin is hands-down the best. He takes time to ask questions to really understand what is going on and tailor your treatment. He explains what he's doing and why. His adjustment technique is precise and effective but not jarring - not sure how to explain it exactly but other chiropractors I've been to seemed to force movement or get no movement at all, whereas Dr. Kevin seems more in tune with the physiology of the body and coaxes the movement out. He also uses different modalities to address issues holistically. The facility at Elevate Wellness has a lot of space and equipment for exercise/PT, laser therapy, spinal decompression, cupping, acupuncture, and a bunch of other stuff. Dr. Kevin is knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I could not recommend someone more.

Dr. Kevin worked on me and walked me through everything he was performing. I had lots of questions and he took his time answering. I felt so much better afterwards and am looking forward to coming back!

Dr. Lubowich was very informative. He walked me through exactly what was being adjusted and provided detailed exercise routines to do at home that’ll improve my range of motion. The other thing that I would note is the efficiency of checking in. Everything is done electronically so you can do all the admission work before your visit which gave me more time for my treatment/adjustment.

Dr. Lubowich is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve been to. Incredibly personable, educated, and passionate about helping his patients. He’s honest, and has made immediate improvements to my chief complaints, while also pinpointing areas I wasn’t aware of to achieve optimal health/function. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kevin has amazing skills as a Chiropractic physician and as a partner in his patients wellness!
One of my favorite things is his curiosity and his ability to pivot when a protocol isn't responding as planned. Flexibility in treatment is in my opinion, one of the most important qualities when working with someone on your health. Life throws curveballs at us all the time and each person responds differently. When a doctor treats each patient as an individual this means you don't get a blanket approach and I find I get better quicker and I feel better long term.

Dr. Lubowich takes time to answer questions and provide explanations of treatment. This makes me feel a part of the process in taking charge of my health, and I have a better understanding of what to do outside of our sessions as a result. I am already seeing improvement in my mobility so that I can train at my desired level.

Dr. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and tailors my treatment to what is causing short term pain, while also treating chronic issues and improving overall mobility. I've seen immediate improvements and he leaves me with constructive exercises to continue throughout the week. He has a great attitude and I enjoy his visits!

Dr. Lubowich takes excellent care! He customizes treatment to your needs by being a create listener. He has a very gentle approach compared to other chiropractors I have seen. Kevin is very attentive and professional. I am new to going to the chiropractor and he made me feel comfortable with the questions I asked. Not only is he a great listener but he goes above and beyond by educating me & curating our follow up appointments based on my concerns and what my body needs. My appointments with him have helped me uncover things about my body that I never realized. I sleep better, feel better and want to continue to further take care of my body thanks to Dr. Lubowich!
