About Dr. Kevin McElroy
Dr. Kevin McElroy is an interventional pain specialist with board certification in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received numerous academic awards including the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement, which is awarded to the class valedictorian. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where he was named chief resident. After his residency training, Dr. McElroy further pursued his interest in pain medicine by completing an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at JFK Medical Center.

Kevin carefully listened to my concerns and was drawing up a game plan in his head while we spoke. When he made his recommendation, I did not agree s I had been down that road before. He was very accommodating and listened to my suggestion and agreed to go in that direction. I was really impressed with his flexibility and he confidence in how he felt he could improve my condition. I left the first meeting with him with hope as well as the beginnings of a treatment plan. That was a lot more that I've gotten from many other doctors.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful & courteous. The doctor had excellent bedside manner. My problem warranted two MRIs which were promptly authorized with my insurance through Crystal. I would definitely recommend this doctor & his excellent staff!!!

I have had back pain going down my leg [Pinched nerve I was told]. I was told I needed surgery. Surgery was the last thing I wanted!!! Dr. McElroy was conservative in his treatment He has me pain free today. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is A+++ in my books
