My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care that empowers individuals to achieve lasting mental wellness. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and understood. By combining thoughtful medication management with personalized treatment planning and open communication, I partner with each patient to help them overcome challenges and reach their goals.
I am committed to staying current with advances in psychiatric medicine and offering innovative, evidence based treatments including Spravato® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression when clinically appropriate. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but to improve quality of life, helping patients regain hope, resilience, and confidence as they move forward in their mental health journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
If you've been struggling with depression and haven't found relief with traditional treatments, I also have a special interest in treatment-resistant depression and offer advanced treatment options, including Spravato® (esketamine) therapy when clinically appropriate. My goal is to help you understand all of your evidence-based treatment options and support you in finding the approach that gives you the best chance of feeling like yourself again.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach is collaborative, personalized, and goal-oriented. During our first appointment, I take the time to understand your concerns, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we'll develop a plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, coordination with your therapist or other healthcare providers, and regular follow up visits to monitor your progress.
I believe that treatment should evolve with your needs. At each visit, we'll review how you're feeling, discuss what's working and what isn't, and make thoughtful adjustments when needed. If traditional treatments haven't provided enough relief, I also evaluate whether innovative, evidence-based options—such as Spravato® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression may be appropriate. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, involved in every decision, and supported throughout your mental health journey.
