Kevin was 15 minutes later for our appointment and was rushing because he had another appointment after me. The phone also rang during our call so he had to step out to answer it. Maybe next time don’t overbook yourself so that your patients can get the attention/service then need.

I was expecting a meal plan and suggested list of ingredients to incorporate into my diet. I did not receive that but I would say that the staff is friendly. I do not have a follow up appointment but again I would have like to have a reason to return if I was provided additional tasks and things to incorporate into my daily lifestyle.

The visit wasn’t very clear on next steps for me in terms of how to change my diet. I was expecting a weekly nutrition plan but rather I just got advice on some more foods that I should eat. Can’t see how eating more is going to assist in losing weight. Waited 20min minutes post appointment time to be seen. Nutritionist and office folks were nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable.

Nice nutritionist explained everything. I asked a lot of questions he was very patient. He explained what I was eating incorrectly. Also gave me different options as far as my menu. All in all very satisfied with my consultation.
