The visit wasn’t very clear on next steps for me in terms of how to change my diet. I was expecting a weekly nutrition plan but rather I just got advice on some more foods that I should eat. Can’t see how eating more is going to assist in losing weight. Waited 20min minutes post appointment time to be seen. Nutritionist and office folks were nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable.

Nice nutritionist explained everything. I asked a lot of questions he was very patient. He explained what I was eating incorrectly. Also gave me different options as far as my menu. All in all very satisfied with my consultation.
