We provide a drug-free approach to healthcare by giving patients the tools they need physically, mentally, and emotionally to return to an active and healthy lifestyle. Our clinic offers treatments for various conditions, including but not limited to low back and leg pain, neck and arm pain, headaches, shoulder, knee, and foot pain, motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and sports-related incidents.
We provide patient-centered care and rehabilitation. The clinic offers quality chiropractic and acupuncture services to people of all ages. We focus on the individual and make specific analyses and recommendations tailored to each patient. We make a conscious effort to exceed patients' expectations.
After graduating from the University of Kansas, I attended Texas Chiropractic College, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Meanwhile, I attended the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas, where I earned my Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I am Board Certified in Chiropractic by the NBCE and a Certified Licensed Acupuncturist by the NCCAOM.

Dr. Shahverdi successfully relieved my pain when the pain meds had stopped working and also gave me back my full range of motion via accupuncture after Physical Therapy only succeeded in giving me back half my range of motion. I was afraid of needles but I was more afraid of losing the ability to fully use my arms. Thank you is not enough for the help he gave me.

Dr. Keyvan took the time to talk to me and find out about my foot pain and stress. I was impressed that he didn't seem to be in a hurry and get me out of there. It was my first acupuncture treatment and it was a completely a success, I am finally pain free with just one session.

I had my first appointment with Dr Shahverdi today. It was a bit confusing finding the office because the building has a north and south wing. Other than that, the Dr was very patient and listened to all my concerns. He provided a thorough exam before treatment started...I'm doing acupuncture for my low back and digestion problems. I would've liked for the treatment room to have more of a spa like ambiance (pillows, aroma therapy, low lighting), but it's a doctors office, so I understand the simplicity. That doesn't take away from the treatment though. There was a woman/nurse/assistant in the treatment room while the acupuncture needles were applied. So, if you're uneasy about being alone with a male doctor while in a hospital gown, have no fear....I don't believe you have to wear a gown unless your treatment requires access to a body part that's inaccessible...I was wearing skinny jeans. The acupuncture went smooth, I didn't feel the needles, I was relaxed and even feel asleep listening to the soft music playing in the office. Needless to say, I'll be returning :)

I am on my fifth visit. Dr. Shahverdi is knowledgeable, compassionate, warm, friendly, and he genuinely cares. He will take the time to answer your questions, over-and over, thru show and tell using a skeleton, models, and graphic wall charts. Dr. Shahverdi and his lovely wife make a great team and have made my pain better. Yes, I highly recommend Maple Chiropractor and Acupuncture.
