I had two decent experiences with Dr. Amin but when trying twice to contact him with a question about refilling a prescription I could not get him to respond. I can't take a Dr. seriously with my health that can't respond to a simple question. I won't be going back. Unfortunate, because I thought I finally found a decent Dr. in NYC. Guess not.

I had an amazing first experience with Dr. Amin and his team! The wait time was very short, everyone was so kind and professional and I was in and out quickly. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a medical office.

I recently saw Dr. Amin as a new patient, after my previous PCP moved, and I’m so glad I made the switch. Dr. Amin was kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my health concerns. The office staff were also very friendly, and I was seen within five minutes after checking in at the kiosk, which was a VERY pleasant surprise. Lab results were uploaded online, making it easy to access my personal files for convenience. I especially really appreciated that Dr. Amin called me the following day to discuss my results, which is something that I truly value. I’m happy to have found Dr. Amin as my new PCP and look forward to continuing care with him. Great experience!

Very quick check-in process, although they make you check-in at a kiosk (the receptionist would not let me check in with her directly). However, the office is clean and I saw the doctor immediately. I was in and out of the office for my physical exam in approximately forty minutes, including getting my bloodwork and vaccinations.

I hadn't had a primary Dr for years & Dr. Amin was a random suggestion. It turned to be a perfect match. He's easy going, just listens ..he's knowledgeable but not pretentious. He gives you what you need, no song and dance and you're out the door. And the office staff is the same, helpful, friendly & fast. I'm stoked I got him and can keep going when needed. Definitely recommend

I didn't feel, that I was there for the first time. The staff was super nice, very polite and friendly. Waiting time was great, I don't need to wait for a long time. Overall, I will say Dr. Amin is an excellent doctor, he answered all my questions, especially about my medicine. He really cares for his patients. He was recommended by one of my colleague and I am thankful for that. He is really a great Dr. Thank you Dr. Amin and the all the staff members.

Dr. Amin is truly great. He was kind, patient , informative answering my questions precisely. He did not answer in circles giving me the run around. He was clear and direct. You can tell he has been practicing for a long time and cares about his patients and bed side manners. He called the next day with my lab results, gave me the referral I needed and a fews minutes after our call, a staff from the office called to help me book and appointment with the specialist Dr. Amin referred. My experience was one of the best! I'm glad I went with my gut and chose him as my PCP. Definitely would recommend.
