He then went on to complete a vascular surgical fellowship at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, Ochsner Clinic, Division of Vascular Surgery, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Salartash is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and holds certification in vascular surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and is an inductee of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. Dr. Salartash is actively involved in research and has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented his work at major national and international surgical conferences.
