The interaction was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.I contacted the organization because I was seeking assistance and services that I believed were available to me. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and treated in a rude manner. I was denied the services I was requesting, and I understand that there may be policies or requirements that could prevent an employee from providing a particular service. However, I believe those limitations should be explained respectfully and professionally.What was especially concerning was being told that I “need real help” and that she was unable to help me. I found this statement extremely rude and inappropriate. If she was unable to provide the service I needed, I should have been given a clear explanation or directed to someone who could assist me.My complaint is not simply about being denied a service.

I’m very upset with my experience. The provider told me my situation was too complex for her deal with and discharged me, telling me to go in person to see someone even though I had expressed I was suicidal. What’s the difference between being physically present in an office or being face to face on video? What’s the purpose of this app? I’m furious!

If you are in recovery do not bother coming here. The provider dismissed everything that I told her. Did not listen to a SINGLE word I said instead questioned me on the same medication I have been on for years. It’s hard enough being in recovery and trying to work on your mental health without a stigma being slapped on your forehead. So incredibly disappointing to see that there are doctors out there who act like this.
