My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I want clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very beginning. Together, we’ll explore what’s been affecting you, identify your goals, and create a treatment plan that feels realistic and personalized. I value open communication and make sure clients understand their options every step of the way. For safety and quality of care, I do not prescribe controlled substances (including stimulants, benzodiazepines, or opioid medications)

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first appointment, we'll take time to understand your symptoms, history, and current challenges so I can get a full picture of your needs. From there, I provide evidence-based medication management paired with supportive, solution-focused strategies. Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, adjust the plan when needed, and check in on how you're feeling at a pace that works for you
