Sankofa Health & Wellness is a 100% virtual practice. Visits are by appointment only.
SELF-PAY FEES
Medical visits: $75 (medications not included)
APPOINTMENT POLICY
All required intake forms and payments must be completed before your visit. Failure to complete these requirements may result in cancellation or a no-show fee, subject to the booking policy. Confirmations and reminders are sent by text and email from the practice. Please refrain from booking if you do not intend on attending the appointment.
Insurance accepted. Copays, deductibles and coinsurance are verified and collected before visits when applicable. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
We do not prescribe controlled substances (including narcotics or Adderall) or isotretinoin (Accutane).
Routine lab evaluation/orders: $49 (lab fees separate)
Lab result follow-up: $49–$75
Labs may include CBC, CMP, lipids, A1C and thyroid testing when appropriate.
ABOUT YOUR PROVIDER
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. I offer thoughtful, evidence-based virtual care with personalized treatment plans and clear communication.
Services include sick visits, weight management, women’s health, men’s sexual health, skin and hair concerns, medication management, and general medical care, including sleep apnea risk screening and referrals for diagnostic sleep studies when appropriate. Sleep studies are not performed by Sankofa.
I provide LGBTQIA+-affirming and culturally sensitive care.
