“I love everything about this practice, except for the phone system/ agents. I would strongly prefer being able to call the office directly rather than going through an agent. Unfortunately, the agents we have spoken with have not been very knowledgeable, hard to understand & lack bedside manner”

About Kimberly Gerin
Kim L. Gerin, RPA-C, is a Registered and NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant treating patients throughout Plainview and Commack, NY, at MDCS: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery Centers. She has a special interest in skin cancer prevention and treatment, performing total body skin exams, biopsies, minor surgeries, and treating skin disorders ranging from psoriasis and rosacea to hyperhidrosis and vitiligo.
Ms. Gerin has specialized training in dermatology and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, a member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the New York Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Ms. Gerin has an unmatched passion for helping her patients achieve healthy and attractive skin. Kimberly Gerin was recommended to me by my sister. My old dermatologist was fine, but my sister raved about Ms. Gerin, so I figured I would make an appointment. From the second Ms. Gerin walked into the room, I felt comfortable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything to me. Like many of us, I see many different doctors and PAs, and most do a good job, but Kimberly Gerin did a GREAT job. I walked out of the office and called my sister immediately to thank her. I would highly recommend Kimberly Gerin.
