When I told the nurse I was there to see the alapecea specialist, he told me that there was no alapecea specialist there. I told him that Zocdoc clearly has a picture of the doctor I was supposed to see that day with alapecea specialty below her picture. I then confirmed with him that this was who I was supposed to see. He confirmed that this was who I was supposed to see. He then said so what do you want to do here? Do you want a referral to someone or what? I told him that I would like to have a referral to a dermatologist because I believe a dermatologist could help with my issue. He left the room and returned with three referrals. One for a dermatologist and two for rheumatologist. He told me the ladder would help with “nerves or something.” Never saw the doctor or PA. This was an awful experience. I was blown off. The referrals never answered my calls. This was a waste of a copay and time.

Total waste of time and BAIT/ SWITCH. I specifically made an appointment to see Kimberly Haggerty PA-C for HRT as ADVERTISED on her ZOCDOC page. I was NOT coming there to switch primaries or anything else. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early. After being taken to the back weight, pressure, glucose prick are taken; it's sprung on me and that HAGGERTY is not available. I should have been called and told she was NOT available and afforded the opportunity to cancel; instead they DECEPTIVELY made the choice for me all while NOT 1. Trying to get me to change my PCP 2. Not addressing why I made the appointment in the first place. I asked the Bait/ Switch PA why are you here? Who are you? I LEFT after 5 minutes. No exam was done. Nothing. Just combative discussion. I will call my insurance to make sure they do not FRAUDULENTLY try to charge me.
