Phenomenal. Kimberly was incredibly empathetic and a great listener. I never felt rushed and I felt heard and she was able to take care of my issue very easily. She was a huge relief as my current PCP was unwilling to provide assistance in a timely manner. Wish I could make Kimberly my PCP!

What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I love helping my patients and empowering them to improve their health. Being able to walk alongside a patient in their journey of healing and health is incredibly rewarding. My true passion is preventative and lifestyle medicine. Helping patients to maintain and optimize their health as they age so that they can live full and vibrant lives is my goal.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
It is important to me as a primary care provider to see each patient for who they are and what they want to accomplish with their health. Treating the patient holistically and ensuring that we not only address their physical needs but also their emotional needs and well-being is essential. Being able to provide care for and focus on multiple areas of wellness, such as disease prevention, restorative sleep, stress management, mindfulness, nutrition, and movement is the role I see for primary care providers as our role in medicine evolves.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
My husband and I have two fun-loving, energy-filled boys and two little dogs. We love the outdoors. We live in Western Colorado and love to snowboard, SUP (Stand up Paddle board), and hike.
