I am a current board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am also a retired United States Air Force combat veteran. My experience in emergency and behavioral health nursing, coupled with my military service, allows me to have a unique understanding of the challenges and experiences faced by many individuals. While my focus spans across many disorders, I specialize in medication management and short-term therapy for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I provide extensive education on pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical options. I also offer talk therapy and brief cognitive therapies for many mental health concerns. Together, we will discuss your individual healthcare needs and find the right treatment plan for you. My goal is to help find solutions and empower you to truly live your best life. Please Note: I do not prescribe controlled medications, such as, Adderall, Klonopin, or Ambien for chronic use.
