The Docter was very professional and straight to the point..She had amazing energy and I really felt like she cared about my results and i wasn't just ANOTHER client. I will say tho the front waiting area needs a MAKEOVER, otherwise, everything was fine!

The people at the front desk and the doctor who saw me was fantastic, but the woman who did my pre-exam was horrible. She yelled at me in the lobby and in the examination room for not being able to read her mind instead of just telling me what to do. Every office does things slightly different, and this was my first time here, so I didn’t know the protocol. The only reason I scheduled this appointment was to update my prescription so I could order new contacts, but once I get my prescription, there’s no way I’m ever returning to this place if that’s that to have to look forward to each visit. It’s really a shame because the doctor was super nice. I also would not say this is the most LGBTQ friendly place.

The wait was too long. The staff were loud and cackling, although they have a sign asking people to keep the noise down but they were the noisiest. But once I was seen, everything was sincere and speedy as accurate. The tech was nice, the doc was nice and thorough with her explanation about the assessment of my eyes. Also, the saleswoman was very nice.

This was my first eye exam outside of Lenscrafters (been with LC for 15 years) and I believe the doctors were well versed of their profession. They recognized things about my eyes that LC never discussed. I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

The provider was great, but unfortunately, I would never go back due to her optics department. The optics department personnel are atrocious. Very poor customer service.
My glasses were ruined, the said they would call insurance to see what they can do, they never did and never called to say anything to me. I had to call back to find out nothing was done and my glasses sitting there for days. At that point, I took it upon myself to call the insurance, who agreed to give me a brand new pair of glasses and lenses at no extra charge. Yet that stated the insurance stated there was nothing they can do. More like they were not willing to help.
