“Good experience but the rooms are very small. They need to be sure to have you sign a form, if someone else will be present in the room. And the pap took too long making it slightly uncomfortable. Because of how close the door was to the table, it made getting my sample difficult. She also requested “butterfly position” on the table. Never been asked that. I requested stirrups as it helps the opening. Nice location and staff though. ”

My visit was ok. Dr. Navarro was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The staff was ok. Not very welcoming. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the office. Though it seem to be a new office, the floors looked as if they hadn’t been mopped, it was black ants crawling around, in the waiting area. In the back, there was boxes everywhere, the rooms don’t smell fresh, hair in the floor, it just felt unsanitary. Covid is too high in Florida for the sterilization to be questionable. They also charge a fee to draw your blood, when it’s covered under your insurance. The reason I was given, is it’s a convenience fee. Excuse me, it’s a convenience for who? Your job is to draw my blood as part of my visit, but now I have to go to a laboratory in order to get my blood drawn for free! Oh wow that’s crazy! Other than that it was an ok visit.
