With extensive experience in schools, outpatient facilities, hospitals, home health, and private practice, Kimberly’s career spans early intervention through geriatrics. She specializes in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and voice, with additional expertise in multi-modal communication across the lifespan, articulation, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders. She is also certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) protocol. Her professional perspective is enriched by her medical background as an EMT-B and her role as a Virginia-based disability advocate and parent of an autistic son. She serves on state-level committees supporting individuals with disabilities and is committed to advocacy at every level. Kimberly’s practice offers hybrid speech therapy services—primarily in-person in community settings, with plans to grow into a full clinic.
