About Kimberly Pierce

She has worked in clinical, long-term care, outpatient and university settings. She LOVES being a dietitian and her favorite part of her job is helping people find the small, dietary changes that can have big impacts on their quality of life. She has almost 20 years of food allergy experience both as a mom of child with food allergy and as a campus dietitian. In addition to food allergies, Kim has a special interest in gut health. Approach to Care: Kim has a non-diet, non-judgmental, realistic approach to care. She believes a healthy relationship with food is at the core of any healthy way of eating. What to expect in your first session: You can expect her first question to be 'what are your nutrition goals'. We'll spend some time getting to know each other so we can collaborate on the best ways to meet these goals.
