I was never seen. Booked an in person appointment, showed up and they explained it was a mistake because the psychiatrist was not in on the day I booked. I confirmed and everything. So the office told me I could have a telehealth with the psychiatrist same day, which she never showed up for. I called the office back asking for clarification, and they said they would call me back but never actually did.

I was actually never seen. The doctor didn’t show up to the appointment and her staff just kept changing my appointment around across three days so I just said forget it. I waited for 30 minutes to see her with no explanation.
