As a dedicated family psychiatric nurse practitioner, Ms. Kimberly Wingard can diagnose and treat various physical and mental health conditions, including anxiety, hyperactivity disorder, sexually transmitted diseases, sore throat, urinary tract infections, and acne. She also conducts preventative annual physical exams and health screenings.
Ms. Wingard welcomes patients of different ages and genders at Solid Foundation Psychiatry in AZ and Broadway, TX. During consultations, she understands patient conditions and prepares personalized treatment plans. She also suggests lifestyle and diet changes to promote recovery.
Ms. Wingard builds long-term relationships with her patients to ensure they receive high-quality healthcare services consistently. She is committed to helping them maintain good well-being lifelong. Before practicing, she earned her master's degree in family nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Kimberly saved my life, no exaggeration!! I was at an all-time low in life with lots of recent medication changes. Kimberly REALLY listened and showed immense empathy. She never brushed off any side effects or fears that I had about medication changes. I’ve had a few psychiatrists/drs in the past but none compare to her. The whole Solid Foundation clinic is amazing, actually. Do not suffer alone if you are depressed or anxious, please call Kimberly!!!

Miss Wingard & I met few yrs ago when she did a wellness check for my Ins. She was so thorough & patient . Since then I've seen her many times especially when I can can't get an appt w/my Doctor.
She advised & helped me with my Spinal Stenosis & was extremely helpful when my wife & I had Covid by prescribing helpful medications.
She is always available for my wife & I when we have medical issues & is extremely knowledgeable about medications & holistic
medicine too. I rate her as a10+++ & is a Great asset to the medical Profession. My wife Kim & I are very fortunate to have found her,
