Dr. Oyem is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating diverse populations across the lifespan, including youth, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. He provides care for clients struggling with general mental health and substance abuse issues. Dr. Oyem has treated patients in various settings, including outpatient, IOP, PHP, detox, and inpatient levels of care. His special interests include, but are not limited to, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Bipolar disorders, Panic disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality disorders, Substance Abuse, Conduct disorder, Eating disorders, Addiction, and Dual diagnosis. He is also a certified Suboxone prescriber. Dr. Oyem earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from New Jersey City University in 2008 and his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2017. Additionally, he holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, earned in 1998. Currently, Dr. Oyem serves as a Clinical Professor for MSN students in their APN program and as a visiting Professor at Merit School of Nursing.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Kingsley. I went to him first as an emergency because another Dr. was over charging me and over medicating me. Dr K made no judgements and no assumptions. He listened and didnt just throw some diagnoses at me. He has never been late or unreachable. He is attentive and cares, and that makes me feel very comfortable with his advice and treatment. I’ve never had a doctor who shows up (to zoom right now haha) and is just smiling, happy and ready to help you. Dr. Kingsley is a Doctor and Human. That’s hard to find. Thanks doc.
