I've worked for over 10 years in women's and pediatric health and specialize in pre and post-natal health and breastfeeding. The latter part of my career I have focused on weight management, diabetes, and personal training. Approach to Care: My approach to care is that health is not "one size fits all". I believe that each person has unique needs and should be treated individually in their healthcare. I also believe that patients should be a part of every step in their health journey and work with the provider in making decisions together. What to expect in your first session: Your sessions are about you. You decide what we talk about. But in general, in our first session expect to go over your background in your health journey and what brought you to Nourish. We will talk about your goals and what your strengths and challenges/barriers are. We will talk also talk about your motivations and support systems.
