I called ahead before booking my appointment and specifically asked the front desk what type of visit would be coded. I was told it would be an annual preventive visit plus a small charge for one additional simple service. No one mentioned any “general physician check-up” or “new patient” charge, which later appeared on my bill. Had I known, I never would have booked the appointment and simply handled the issue myself for a few dollars with over-the-counter products.
I reached out to the office manager, multiple times—three emails, three voicemails, and a portal message—with no response. Only after contacting billing did I finally hear back. When I asked to speak directly with the doctor, I was again ignored.
The doctor herself seems professional and kind, but the office management is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Ignoring multiple patient inquiries is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice. Very disappointing experience.

Kholbe is probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I was super nervous for this appointment, but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly. She made me feel like she actually cared about my health unlike some doctors in the past. I will gladly see Kholbe ?again and highly recommend her!?

Booked this appointment to establish care with a PCP and address some specific health concerns for symptom management and Kohlbe exceeded my expectations! She was attentive and understanding and immediately started me on a new treatment plan with new medications to address my concerns.

Kohlbe and the receptionist, medical assistants, and other staff were all super friendly and attentive. Kohlbe sent referrals to specialists for me right away after I explained my chronic problems. Got me in and out within an hour and were helpful with resolving an issue with my health insurance.

The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. Kohlbe was fantastic, she's a great listener and made me feel seen and heard. She's very knowledgeable; I've heard horror stories of people with my symptoms waiting YEARS for a diagnosis because their doctors weren't educated on their disorders or didn't take them seriously, but Kohlbe immediately recognized my symptoms and gave me referrals to specialists and I walked out feeling confident and validated. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a pcp! It was efficient but not rushed and I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely keep coming back!
