The address listed on zocdoc was not accurate. I arrived and had to call three different numbers to contact someone for the correct address who was aware of the wrong location on zocdoc and shared the updated address. I called the office the morning of my appointment to receive their fax number to have my medical records shared with the doctor - after calling to confirm it was received several hours later was made aware the fax machine was not working. The doctor did see me after having to commute to a different location yet I had to wait over 1.5 hours in a very crowded doctors office who had no formal check in process. I needed to inquire on if any of my forms were received (they were not) and if any new patient paperwork needed to be filled out (it did and I was not prompted by the staff). I was happy to have been seen but the experience was inconvenient and unpleasant.

Got to office 20 mins before appointment which was required since being a new patient and receptionist took her sweet time to check us in and to get paperwork in order. I waited 30 minutes before going to reception to see what the hold up was and only then did she start the process(forms,, insurance cards etc...).
Maybe staff was not sufficient for the amount of work or receptionist not working efficiently.... not sure which. It took another hour to finally see the doctor.
The doctor had a good bedside manner and was methodical in his questioning and ordered some test so we shall see what the outcome will be. In the meantime, he prescribed some medication to help alleviate the symptoms.

I took my relative today for 3:15 appointment. Very rarely you meet such a doctor nowadays. Knowledgeable, attentive and caring. The whole medical stuff is amazing and so polite! The office is clean and pleasant. It was a little wait, which was expected but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a great gastroenterologist as I already did to my family. I wish every special could like Dr.Vaizman

My experience seeing Dr. Vaizman was positive. He was friendly and so was his staff. However...he kinda disappeared. I was scheduled to do blood work and get a CAT scan. I did the blood work and tried to get the CAT scan but the imaging office needed the approval from the doctor. Two months later and nothing. I called several times to get this resolved because I'm still having pain. One receptionist told me he was away on vacation. Another told me he and the imaging office spoke and I should be good to go. Sadly, the imaging office said they did not speak to Dr. Vaizman and still waiting for the approval. I am disappointed, because I still haven't heard anything from Dr. Vaizman or his office staff to inform me of the delay. The imagining office told me I can make an appointment if I decide to see another doctor, but as of now there's nothing they can do without his approval. I don't want to leave a negative review but I wish someone would let me know what's going on. It shouldn't take over 2 months to get approved for a CAT scan. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I had such a great experience. He was very friendly and had great bedside manner. He was thorough and very informative. He showedconcern and had a treatment plan for me immediately. Before leaving his office he made sure I understood everything he explained, and booked all my follow up visits. He also gave me his phone number to call if I had any concerns after. I came to dr.vaizman since I have iritable bowel syndrome and have been struggling for some time now. As you all know gastro issues can be pretty debilitating. Without doing any sort of exam of asking any questions he simply said, "your issues are about stress, you need to manage it better and you'll feel better." Keep in mind he didn't even ask any questions to come to that conclusion but I guess most people in this world are stressed so it is an easy guess. He then said there is nothing to do for my iritable bowel syndrome, he said I just need to manage stress and exercise every day, that's it! I tried that and of course my condition did not go away. I felt like he completely dismissed my problem which set me back several weeks of additional suffering. Please be smart and don't go , I'll save you the time he will say a decrease in exercise and stress will solve all your problems .

I do not recommend Doctor Vizman's office. My app was stuck at 2.40 pm instead of 1pm because the doctor was late for work and only came in at 2.30. Then he began to reduce the time of reception. He gave the patient 10 minutes to me. He also speeded up the reception with me, in order to get rid quickly.

Dr. Vaizman is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He took his time to examine me and kindly explained my diagnosis with a treatment plan. The procedures have been life changing! He has solved all my GI problems. I would highly recommend everyone with GI problems to see this doctor.

Great experience with Dr. Vaizman. The waiting room area wasn’t crowded and Rosie was very helpful. The doctor didn’t rush through my consultation—he took the time to listen to my “complaints” and explain possible issues I may be having and scheduled a colonoscopy right away!
