I've been Dr. Sofos's patient since February 2021. I've been meaning to write a good review since day 1. Now it's June 2025, and today's adjustment pushed me over the edge to finally write an objective review of why I think Dr. Sofos is a world-class, top-notch chiropractor. A good chiropractic adjustment depends on YOU, the patient, to be as RELAXED as possible. If you tend to stiffen up like a hardwood slab the minute Dr. Sofos says "take a deep breath....." then your adjustment will not be as effective as a patient like me, who can relax and be as pliable as pizza dough. Today's neck adjustment took a bit longer than usual because he caught muscle tightness on the right side of my neck that I didn't even know I had! I forgot that I've been experiencing slight headaches on the right side of my temple too. My point is, I didn't even tell Dr Sofos about my right-sided eye pressure headache, and he fixed it TODAY. Thank God for Dr. Sofos.
