What should a new client know about working with you?

My passion in mental health is helping my patients feel empowered and encouraged. I want my patients to create a compassionate space for themselves that allows them to heal and grow. I'm committed to empowering patients to lead their own lives by building new skills and using a practical, whole-body approach they can implement in their day-to-day life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I make it a priority to learn about my patients' past experiences, goals, and beliefs about treatment and medications to guide their treatment goals. The key to a successful therapeutic relationship is trust, respect, and a non-judgmental, safe space for collaboration. My goal is to help my patients gain independence and control over their treatment plan.
