Great experience! Front desk was so helpful and friendly! Got a skin-cancer screening. Dr. Patel’s bedside manner was really great. She addressed my concerns and explained everything to me simply and thoroughly.
It took a little while to be seen, but nothing crazy. Less than a 15 minute wait. Once I got into the room, I was probably only there for 10-15 minutes. The whole process was really easy and quick.

I had been dealing with a skin issue for more than 6 months and no answers. I was really looking forward to talking with a professional to help me figure out what was wrong. The entire staff was super pleasant and friendly, office worked efficiently with communication and flow; but the overall outcome was pretty disappointing. I didn’t really feel like the doctor cared to understand the details of what I was attempting to explain — the “diagnosis” I received felt really baseless and rushed. We maybe spoke for 4-5 minutes about a few things to avoid and I was sent out with a steroid cream prescription; I’m still very concerned about my skin. While I appreciate I am not the expert, it was just disappointing to feel like I could have just as easily popped in an out of an urgent care with the same generic suggestion versus the high hopes I had coming to an actual dermatologist.

Dr. Patel was efficient while still being thorough, kind, and informative - you don't often get all of that in one provider. She did a thorough head-to-toe skin check, answered ALL of my questions, and ended the visit focused on my main concerns. During the visit, she wrote down a skin care plan for me to take with me, and sent in a prescription for the products she recommended. Also provided samples of OTC products to help me decide what I might purchase myself in the future. The office staff was fantastic as well: front desk checked me in quickly and the nurse took me back almost immediately, answering my questions and reassuring me along the way. Office was easy to get to (though the sign on the outside of building was for a different derm group?), waiting room was clean and comfortable, and was able to book the appointment within a week! Highly recommend!!

The office staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Patel was examined me for all of two minutes— the appointment felt extremely rushed and certainly wasn’t as thorough of an evaluation as I was expecting. I didn’t get all my questions answered and since she didn’t ask many questions before making a diagnosis and prescribing stronger steroids, I’m concerned. Based on this visit, I would not recommend her.
