What should a new client know about working with you?

Choosing a mental health provider is an important step, and I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and respected. My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to understand your concerns, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by considering the emotional, physical, social, and lifestyle factors that influence mental wellness. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel empowered in your mental health journey. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a provider who truly listens, you can expect compassionate, evidence-based care delivered with professionalism, respect, and genuine partnership. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel healthier, more balanced, and confident in achieving your personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and personal goals. This first visit is designed to help us develop a thorough understanding of your unique needs in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. Together, we'll create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies tailored to your goals. During follow-up visits, we'll monitor your progress, adjust treatment as needed, and celebrate the improvements you make along the way. I believe mental health care is most effective when it's collaborative. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in every treatment decision while providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports your overall well-being.
