waited 30+ mins to be brought back. all staff members seemed tired of being there. the medical provider was dismissive of my concerns and i felt rushed and made to feel stupid for even coming for an appointment. the way she spoke to me about my condition was inappropriate for a medical professional. she was also very loud when she spoke and the office was super quiet, so i was concerned my HIPAA information was being loudly displayed to the whole office.

The provider was amazing and had great bedside mannerisms; the office/front desk had to be called to make sure they verified my insurance three times. They waited an hour to tell me my insurance pictures were blurry (they could’ve just called for clearer photos) and then I had to call to check that the verification was done so I could be seen (which is not on the doctor), which I find a little ridiculous.

I had a terrible experience at this office. The doctor I saw was extremely rude and dismissive — she didn’t listen to my concerns or take me seriously. I waited for over two hours just to be told they didn’t even have the equipment to take a simple swab. The front desk staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. I left feeling frustrated and like my time and health weren’t valued. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Kristen's staff was great. I had no issues with getting checked in and the nurse that attended me at first was kind and made me feel comfortable. Kristen herself was great. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She listens well and has great input. The appointment went well and I felt she cared to listen to my concerns. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
