About Kristen Bunich

Hi there, I’m Kristen Bunich, a registered dietitian located in Charlotte, NC. I help people become in tune with their body’s natural hunger, fullness and weight. I accept most BCBS plans and Aetna but DO NOT accept Medicaid. This is so beneficial to all types of people but especially people who are frustrated with the roller coaster of dieting and desire a more sustainable and healthy lifestyle. I come from a science background with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition. I am a registered and licensed dietitian with an emphasis on exercise physiology. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have been trained and I practice evidenced-based nutrition. Science meets therapy!
