What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is client-centered because I always tailor my approach to each clients unique situation. My favorite therapy modalities are EMDR, CBT, DBT, Christian Therapy and IFS. Most importantly, I am devoted to helping you heal by providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can talk about everything!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect our sessions to be a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. This is your time to share openly about your life, and my goal is to ensure you feel truly understood. No matter what you’re going through, I’ll be here to support you, encourage you, and walk alongside you on your journey.
