10245 E Vía Linda, 225, Scottsdale, AZ
I help individuals, couples, and families reconnect with themselves and each other using a holistic and trauma-informed lens. My approach blends the science of psychotherapy with the wisdom of the body, honoring the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of healing. I specialize in EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy integration for treatment-resistant trauma, as well as sex-positive, non-judgmental support for those in ENM/polyamorous relationships. With advanced training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, EFT, and somatic techniques, I tailor each session to meet your unique goals. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus, and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz. You can expect a grounded, compassionate space where curiosity, authenticity, and nervous system safety guide the work. We'll build emotional resilience, deepen insight, and cultivate more meaningful relationships-starting with the one you have with yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you're encouraged to show up as your full self. I believe healing happens in connection—not perfection—so sessions are relational, empowering, and responsive to what you bring each time. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in deeper self-exploration, whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or spiritual disconnection. If you’re motivated, open to growth, and seeking a more holistic path forward, we’re likely a strong match. I honor your pace and autonomy in the therapy process while integrating evidence-based tools and insights tailored to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you in, identify key goals, and start uncovering the deeper layers of your story. I offer a full intake assessment, and we revisit your progress every 4–6 weeks with plan updates each quarter to ensure alignment and momentum. Sessions may include EMDR resourcing, parts work (IFS-informed), somatic tools, or traditional talk therapy, depending on your needs. I also offer integration support for those working with ketamine or other expanded-state therapies. Whether you're looking to heal trauma, reconnect with your body, or improve relationship dynamics, our work together will be personalized, empowering, and rooted in both compassion and science.
