The role of a primary care provider is to be a guide and mentor on your journey to health. I am here to help people achieve and maintain health through evidence-based best practices, listening, and discussion. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? My name is Kristie. I grew up in the biggest little city in the world, Reno, NV. I am a mom to one girl and a dog and have been married over 20 years. I am an avid cook and love to travel the world. I am passionate about learning new cultures, seeing new things, and enjoying the sun and outdoors. I am currently writing a cookbook that helps with inflammation through food.
