About Kristin Grimes

Kristin has always loved what food can do, from nourishing the body and soul to being a centerpiece for connection and culture. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and completed an internship in Dietetics with Wellness Workdays. Kristin has vast experience with both inpatient and outpatient eating disorders (adult, child, adolescent), Family Based Treatment for eating disorders (FBT), heart health, diabetes, and general wellness.
