“Dr. Moser was an incredible psych who was sincere, honest, and easy to talk to. She took out the extra time and went out of her way to walk me through medication options in a way that most doctors don't seem willing to do. I felt leaving a thousand times more confident and cared for. ”

Getting to know Dr. Kristin Moser

I have a Doctorate (DNP) degree from the University of San Francisco and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I bring over many years of experience working in mental health, including inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, and community outreach. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration—I strive to create a safe space where clients feel understood and supported as they work toward their goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me can expect empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental environment. I believe in partnering with clients to understand their unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we’ll explore treatment options that may include medication management, psychotherapy techniques, and lifestyle strategies. I want clients to know that I see them as the expert of their own story— I’m here to listen, guide, and empower.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process starts with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, symptoms, and needs. From there, I create a personalized treatment plan that may integrate evidence-based medications, supportive therapy, and collaboration with other providers if needed. Follow-up visits are focused on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and helping you develop tools to improve daily functioning and overall well-being. I value open communication, so clients always have a voice in shaping their care.

I can't say enough good things about this provider. She was timely, authentic, and honest. Looking forward to working with her.
Kristin Moser is very friendly and easy-going. She made me feel welcomed as a patient and overall made the experience very inviting as opposed to the "colder" experience I'm used to with medicine and mental health. I would highly recommend her as a care provider and the office as a whole.
