About Kristin Otto

Kristin has always had an interest in nutrition, but it truly became her passion in her twenties. Long commutes to a mundane corporate job, combined with hours spent in traffic listening to audiobooks, created the perfect environment for inspiration. She listened to countless books on food and nutrition, but found much of the information conflicting and anecdotal. Seeking objective and science-based education, Kristin decided to leave the corporate world behind. She pursued her passion by returning to school, completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons University, and then her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Through these experiences, Kristin developed a diverse skill set and a commitment to evidence-based knowledge. She now looks forward to helping patients with reliable, effective, science-backed information. A license is not required for this provider to see patients.
