Labs were added when we were not asked if we wanted them. I will be calling and complaining telling them to take them off. We did not authorize them, we don’t need them. The labs that were ordered have nothing to do with the symptoms we had. She was in a rush and didn’t ask us if we wanted that lab. Just put us in it.

My office first was amazing. Upon entering into the building it was very clean. I was welcomed by the front desk receptionist and I was checked in immediately and seen under 5 mins of my arrival. From the provider (Kristina Drayton NP), the medical assistance and lab technician all were very professional and friendly. Kristina Drayton NP did a great job explaining every process involved in my visit and opened the floor to ask any questions. I would recommend her and the medical center to all my family and friends.
