During your first appointment, we’ll review your symptoms, history, and goals. If medication is appropriate, it is prescribed thoughtfully with close follow-up to ensure safety and effectiveness. I prioritize clear communication, individualized care, and creating a space where you feel heard and supported.
My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first visit is a comprehensive evaluation where we review your symptoms, history, and goals to establish an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. I provide medication management when appropriate and incorporate supportive, solution-focused therapy during sessions. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps.
