The first visit is a comprehensive evaluation where we review your symptoms, history, and goals to establish an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. I provide medication management when appropriate and incorporate supportive, solution-focused therapy during sessions. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps.
