“My session with Krissy was the perfect mix of practical food advice (I left with new items to add to my grocery list that piqued my interest), rehearsed dialogue to guide sensitive conversations with my partner around kitchen responsibilities, and overall self-empowering concepts that challenge my ED beliefs. I feel fully supported in my efforts to care for myself, and confident in my progress. We're changing lives here! All in a cheerful, discovery-first, acceptance-forward environment. I am deeply grateful for that high-impact hour in my week.”

Understanding complex conditions
My session with Krissy was the perfect mix of practical food advice (I left with new items to add to my grocery list that piqued my interest), rehearsed dialogue to guide sensitive conversations with my partner around kitchen responsibilities, and overall self-empowering concepts that challenge my ED beliefs. Caring attitude
Still no diet plan on what I should be eating, small talk irrelevant to the purpose of the session. Not sure how many more hours I need to invest before I will get a meal plan.
Knowledgeable
Because Krissy McCarthy always provides helpful information and provides link for me to look over after she went over them with me to help me understand. She is very helpful!!!!
