Kristy Page is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, her Master's in Family Health Nursing from Ball State University, and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Kristy is extremely passionate about the mental health and well-being of her patients. She is licensed in both Indiana and Florida and is accepting new patients in both states, offering in-person or virtual visits. Her areas of expertise include depression (including Spravato [esketamine] treatment), anxiety and panic disorders, OCD, insomnia, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, dementia/Alzheimer's disease, and GeneSight testing.
With many years of experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and mental health medication management, Kristy takes a patient-centered approach and considers it a privilege to be part of her patients' mental health care journey.

My appointment with Kristina went very well, she actually listened to my concerns, and worked with me to find the right medications for me.
