What should a new client know about working with you?

I am recognized to be passionate, empathetic, goal-driven, and optimistic, creating an environment of peace, advocacy, and safety for my patients and their families. I want my patients to leave feeling educated and empowered about their care and journey to mental wellness. You do not have to suffer alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and the decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment I'll help you learn how to challenge those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. Do not hesitate to take your mental health and wellness into your own hands, I am here to help!
