“Honestly I enjoyed going to this doctor’s office. As soon as I walked in I was met with friendly staff and kindness. Dr Patel walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything and if I had questions he made sure to listen and answer. Told me we he wasn’t going to give me anything extra I don’t need. Honestly this is the best doctors experience I have ever had. I used to push off going to the Doctor but this doctor actually and genuinely cares. Love this place 100000000/10 hands down.”

Finally, a doctor who listens and comes across as actually enjoying their job. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed or uncomfortable asking anything on the list of questions that I brought with me.
I'm a 33 year old female, I've been to what feels like a hundred doctors in my life and this is the first primary care provider that made me feel like I had a partner in keeping me healthy rather than someone I have to deal with when I'm unwell.
Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Patel clearly didn't provide the type of care that I specifically searched on zocdoc, despite zocdoc saying he did. Call ahead to verify if you search by issue on zocdoc. His office didnt notify me ahead of my appointment that this isn't something he did. I left the visit feeling much worse about the situation than when I came in. I also heard the staff talking about me while I was there and a woman went out of her way to peak around a corner at me following them talking which was tremendously uncomfortable. He suggested I see a different type doctor to rule out a diagnosis that absolutely, without question, is not an issue I have. He offered to write me a prescription for something he knew I didnt have. I wasted a half day going to and from there, felt very embarrassed, and lost time in waiting for this appointment when I could have scheduled with someone that actually treats my specific issue. He also attempted to sell me weight loss drugs.

A great experience. The facility was clean and orderly, I was seen as soon as my paperwork was completed, and Dr Patel was a pleasure to see. I felt like I was heard and taken seriously. I didn't feel like just a number, and there was genuine care and respect for me while I was at their office.
