The doctor herself was not bad. She was willing to work with me, but what I’m really upset about is that this place didn’t bother to tell me that she is not that the Lakeland location on Monday she’s at the Winterhaven location so I had the impression that I could leave only 15 minutes before my appointment because I live right down the road from the offices at for Lakeland little did I know I get there and she’s in Winterhaven and I tried to go over to Winterhaven and she’s not willing to bring me there. She tried to tell a doc and the Teladoc did not work because I booked through this app ? told them that I couldn’t get another day off and they didn’t understand that I travel out of town for a living and have strict scheduling due to what I do for work and they did not have any availability or were willing to squeeze me in at any other time they possibly could’ve.What is sad I called three times before I had this appointment and they had plenty of time to tell me that

From the moment I entered the office. It was welcoming, and very clean. All the staff was just amazing and friendly.
Krysta's manner and attention to detail of what's going on is top notch. I now have a PCP as I have made it clear. I'm only going there. Highly recommend her and the staff if you are in need.
