I’m Krystal Graves, and I’ve spent over 15 years in healthcare—more than 10 of those working in psychiatric settings. But here’s the thing: I don’t believe in cookie-cutter care. Mental health isn’t just about diagnoses or checklists—it’s about people, their stories, and meeting them exactly where they are. My approach is rooted in seeing the whole person, not just the problem. I want the people I work with to feel heard, valued, and supported—not judged or boxed in. My passion is helping people feel more like themselves again—confident, capable, and ready to take on life with the tools and support they deserve.
Although I see and treat a variety of psychiatric disorders, I specialize in ADHD. Untreated ADHD often creates challenges in nearly every domain—work performance, relationships, finances, education, and even self-esteem. Many adults struggle silently, feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or “stuck,” not realizing their symptoms stem from a treatable condition.
Evidence-based tools, in-depth clinical interviews, and a personalized approach are used to uncover how mental health symptoms are affecting your life. We can work together on a tailored treatment plan using a person centered approach.

Asks for credit card before I got to even see anyone. Waste of time, no need to use credit card when my insurance covers it all. Late fee is $ and no show is $$$, better off going to urgent care or calling suicide hotline

It was great speaking with Krystal. She listened attentively to my concerns and prescribed me medication, which I was able to pick up quickly after ending our session. She doesn't provide talk therapy, but she did send me a great referral list of clinics that do. I also like how she expressed interest in how my PCP will be helping me with my treatment. I feel comfortable having Krystal as part of my care team for my current health issue.
